1. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or from a purchase shall be subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

2. Cookies & Data Protection (GDPR)

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to operate the checkout. By using this website you consent to this use, as described in our Privacy & Security policy. You can adjust your browser to refuse cookies, but core features such as login, your dashboard, and checkout may then stop working. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

3. Your Data & GDPR Rights

In line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Defined DayZ is committed to protecting your data and privacy. We collect and process personal data only to deliver your purchases, assign your Discord role, run priority queue and skins, and provide support. You have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent for processing at any time. 4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Defined DayZ and/or its licensors own the intellectual-property rights in all material on this website and in our custom in-game content. All rights are reserved. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

• Republish material from Defined DayZ;
• Sell, rent, or sub-license our content;
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy our content or custom assets;
• Redistribute content from this website or our servers.

5. Community Content & Conduct

Some areas (such as Discord, and any proof screenshots you submit) let you post content. Such content reflects the views of its author, not Defined DayZ. We do not pre-moderate it, but we reserve the right to remove any content, and to restrict or ban any user, for content that is:

• Hateful, offensive, or discriminatory;
• Defamatory or misleading;
• Spam, commercial advertising, or unauthorised promotion.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

Defined DayZ relies on third-party services to operate, including Steam (login), Discord (roles and support), Stripe and PayPal (payments), and CFTools (server integration). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. This website may contain links to third-party sites whose content and accuracy we do not control; accessing them is at your own risk. We do not display third-party advertisements.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting your mandatory consumer rights, Defined DayZ excludes all liability for:

• Losses arising from the use of this website or our servers;
• Inaccurate or outdated information on the website;
• Interruptions, downtime, or unavailability of the website or game servers.

8. Shop & Purchases

The following terms apply to all digital products and services purchased from Defined DayZ.

8.1 Non-Refundable Purchases & Waiver of Withdrawal Rights

Our products are digital content supplied immediately. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and expressly agree that:

• The digital product or service is delivered immediately after payment, or within up to 48 hours for made-to-order custom items;
• You expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and Dutch consumer law once delivery has begun;
• All purchases are final and non-refundable — including items with a delivery time of up to 48 hours — except where the product is defective, was not delivered, or where there was a processing error directly caused by Defined DayZ;
• This applies to all digital items, including but not limited to Priority Queue, the Wipe Pass, weapon and clothing skins, sleeping-bag skins, clan tags, and custom clan flags;
• You are required to actively confirm this agreement before completing checkout.

8.2 Pricing & Taxes

All prices are shown in EUR. VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on the customer's location, as determined from the payment and billing evidence provided (for example billing address and card-issuer country). Providing false location information to reduce or avoid VAT is prohibited and may void the transaction.

• Defined DayZ reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice;
• Discounts and promotions do not entitle customers to retroactive price adjustments or refunds on earlier purchases.

8.3 Server Shutdown & Service Disruptions

If a Defined DayZ server is permanently shut down, no refund or compensation is provided for remaining Priority Queue time or other purchased items. Temporary outages, maintenance, or wipes do not entitle customers to a refund or compensation.

8.4 Dispute Resolution & Consumer Rights

If a dispute arises, please contact us first by opening a ticket on our Discord so we can try to resolve it.

8.5 Products & Delivery

Delivery of automated products requires the correct SteamID64 (captured at Steam checkout) and, where a Discord role is included, a linked Discord account. The details below describe how each product is delivered.

8.5.1 Priority Queue (Single & Lifetime)

• Activates automatically, usually within 5 minutes, for the SteamID64 and linked Discord provided at checkout;
• Grants the VIP/Donator role in our Discord and priority access in the connection queue on your chosen Defined server;
• "Single" grants one full wipe duration (21 days) and stacks if purchased multiple times; "Lifetime" lasts for the lifetime of the Defined DayZ service on your chosen server, not the lifetime of the purchaser;
• If you are already in queue when purchasing, leave and rejoin for priority to apply;
• Priority Queue is personal and cannot be shared. When it expires, the associated benefits end.

8.5.2 Wipe Pass (Premium)

• Unlocks the premium reward track for the current season, tied to your SteamID64;
• Tier rewards are delivered in-game and may require the next server restart to appear;
• The Wipe Pass is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other products.

8.5.3 Weapon & Clothing Skins

• Skin access (e.g. Gradient Weapon Skin, Grafiti Skin) is granted automatically, usually within 5 minutes, and applied on the next server restart;
• Skins are for the individual purchaser, tied to the SteamID64 provided, and cannot be shared;
• Skins cannot be exchanged for other skins after purchase and apply on your chosen Defined server(s).

8.5.4 Custom Sleeping Bag Skin

• A cosmetic re-skin applied to your in-game sleeping bag, delivered automatically and applied on the next server restart;
• Personal to the purchaser and non-transferable.

8.5.5 Custom Clan Tag

• Lets your group apply a custom RGB colour to its clan tag;
• Each purchase includes one re-colour per server wipe;
• Custom clan tags are only valid for the duration of the wipe they were purchased in.

8.5.6 Custom Clan Flag

• Made to order: you submit a design (via a Discord ticket) which must be approved in line with our content policy and meet the required dimensions;
• Delivery takes up to 48 hours after payment and approval;
• All custom clan-flag purchases are final and non-refundable, even where delivery takes up to 48 hours.

8.5.7 Donations (“I Just Want to Help”)

The "I Just Want to Help" option is a purely voluntary donation to support the server. It has no in-game deliverable and is non-refundable.

8.6 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute is filed after a product has been delivered, Defined DayZ reserves the right to revoke access to all purchased products and services. Users engaging in chargeback fraud will be permanently banned from our platform and may be reported to the relevant payment processors.

8.7 No Liability for Technical Issues or Bugs

Defined DayZ is not responsible for technical issues, game updates, or software bugs that may affect the performance or availability of purchased digital products. Compatibility issues caused by third-party game updates or modifications are beyond our control and do not entitle you to a refund or compensation.

8.8 Misuse of Shared Digital Products

Where a product allows limited sharing, exceeding the allowed limit is a breach of these Terms. Defined DayZ reserves the right to revoke the product without compensation and to restrict future purchases by the violating user.

8.9 Force Majeure

Defined DayZ is not liable for any delay or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions or regulations, server failures or cyber-attacks, and other unforeseen events affecting our operations.

8.10 Right to Modify Digital Products

Defined DayZ reserves the right to modify or update the features of digital products — including skins, Priority Queue benefits, and in-game items — to align with game updates or server requirements. Such modifications do not entitle you to a refund or compensation.

8.11 No Warranties

All digital products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, compatibility, or performance beyond what is explicitly stated in the product description.

8.12 Player Conduct & Banning Policy

By playing on Defined DayZ servers you agree to follow our server rules, published in our Discord.

• We may suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any player who breaks the rules or harms the community;
• In the event of a ban, no refund or compensation is provided for remaining Priority Queue time or other purchased products;
• Circumventing a ban with new accounts or alternate identities is prohibited;
• Ban decisions are final unless the Defined DayZ team states otherwise.

8.13 Pre-Launch & Pre-Order Purchases

Defined DayZ may open the website and store before the game servers are publicly live. Any purchase made before the official launch is treated as a pre-order:

• Delivery of your product takes place at or after the official server launch, not at the moment of purchase;
• Announced launch dates are estimates and may change — a delay in launch does not entitle you to a refund or compensation;
• Time-limited products (such as Priority Queue and the Wipe Pass) begin counting from the server launch or from first delivery, not from the purchase date, so no purchased time is lost before the servers are live;
• All other Terms — including the immediate-delivery waiver and non-refund conditions in section 8.1 — apply once delivery has begun;
• In the unlikely event that the server does not launch at all, pre-order purchases will be refunded.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
